4:00 pm was our designated check-in, and somehow our room was not ready. Surely, they will take the health concerns of a senior into consideration to prepare the room before schedule. This is 2:30pm and 1.5 hours before our scheduled check-in. A senior citizen with a walker is feeling ill, and the attendant couldn't be bothered to make a call to a manager. The front desk attendant apologized and stated she could not help and she was very sorry, because the room was being cleaned still and assured me they would call us. She needed the room amenities and to lay down. We hung around for an hour before I approached the front desk to ask if anything could be done to get our room faster. My grandmother had some pretty bad stomach problems. We arrived yesterday around 1:30, which was 2.5 hours before our scheduled check-in at 4:00 pm. We booked the ADA room to better accommodate her special needs. When I booked this room I made a special note that my grandmother has a walker and has mobility issues.
I strongly suggest all senior citizens take their business elsewhere.
